Post by justme »

I am always in search of new cooking ideas....so feel free to share

Tonight I am making quesadillas stuffed with refried beans, lean ground beef, and cheese - might have some sour cream on the side

I ended up having day-old lasagna (it's always better the 2nd day!), a tossed salad with homemade vinegarette dressing (thank you very much, M!), and lightly toasted rosemary and romano cheese bread.........

And a beer.

But I keep eyeballing the quart of fresh strawberries in the fridge....

Last night I ate :

Grape leaves stuffed with rice and shredded pieces of menthe leaves & 100 grams of turkey breast fried only with one spoon of soy sauce. It was delicious and dietetic!!!
