oh...i almost forgot, we ARE making christmas cookies tonight.... so storm, you have to help wrangle the boys so i don't end up with sprinkles & icing all over the house!!!

ok, the baked chicken was AWESOME -- i marinated it in italian dressing (fat free) first... and melted just a touch of mozarella cheese on top, the rice mmmm, cooked up a little zucchini & onions and the wine... well, i didn't have the wine... i ended up with a couple of cap'n morgan & coke... yummy...
ok yeah, and we DID finally make the christmas cookies, tonight we decorate them...
Was too lazy too cook anything!!! Ate pita bread with some hummus salad and meditrainien aubergin salad and for desert this local winter snack called "Krembo" - it's basicly a round thing that has cream in (mine was mocha flavor), it is coated with a thin layer of chocolat and in the base there's a cookie... it's so yummyyy!!!! Do you have a thing like that in teh States?
