if you are referring to Baked Ziti - it's really easy to make! I just used a receipe I found online and tweaked it alittle to suit my tastes

We had meatloaf, mashed taters, and corn last night-- and since I made such a big batch of meatloaf, probably will be what we have tonight as well.

mmm meatloaf sounds good... i might make some for dinner..
here's a suggestion for those of you who tend to cook "big" -- when i make meatloaf and divide it up and cook it in my muffin pan. not only does it make for nice serving sizes and cooks a little faster, but any leftovers can be easily frozen and eaten another time or hubby can take them for lunch whenever he wants.

Actually, I pat the mixture out into patties and fry them in a skillet-- that-a-way they cook faster AND I can drain off alot more grease than I could if I baked them in a pan, where it tends to 'sit' in grease. The patties also freeze well.
