yes there was meat - believe it or not I tried the lite spam. my parents love spam and since my mom's gastric bypass surgery she has really tried to alter her eating habits.

it wasn't half bad - not as salty as regular spam - not something i would eat on a regular basis tho.

I'm not a really big meat eater anyhow
