i was gonna say a detective but i think the resident cop is on a bottle of hard liqour and 2 hookers kick tonight.....lol

Nah.. Drinking and driving would be if he has the champagne bottle 'tween his leg WHILST driving...

But if he only had a little an hour or so before the drive.. I think thats more like driving after the influence..

cuz if joe down the road only drinks 1 or 2 he blows more than .08 and he goes to jail.........
