Well I made some over the weekend, but my technique needs a little work I think. It came out rather runny........ I think because like you said T I put too much alcohol in there , I couldn't resist

I'm gonna make my next batch for Christmas Eve.

But seriously, cut back on the alcohol and just have some on hand so guests can re-spike their own after they taste the original.

My mom told me you could try actually lightly whipping half of the cream and folding it in like you do the egg whites.
