A fresh start

I'd like to first say, deep breath I'm sorry! Shocking, I know!!!! I DID make a complete ass of myself last week and for that, I'm apologize. I HONESTLY, only meant to gloat a little bit and then get on with being back and being part of the site again. Things got out of control. Things were said that really hurt others. I have privately apologized to those parties (the ones I know of-- if you feel a discussion is warranted and an apologize is in order, please PM, I'll be happy to hear you out!). I'm not expecting a big "WOOHOO Merideth is back!!" kind of deal, in fact, I'd be very leary if that happened. I would however like to get back to the way things were before, when we all just bs'd about stuff and had fun and only really argued once in a while (or when it was James!!) Anyone who has know me long enough knows that its not like me to A) act the way I did and B) to admit when I'm wrong. I've spent the last week doing some soul searching and reassessing the way I handle my anger. I'm honestly making an effort to do better.

And Merideth, as far as this forum goes, you were never banned , you chose to leave.
Its all well and good saying you want a new start, but life doesn't work like that. The forum isn't a single entity, each individual either likes you, hates you or really doesn't give two fucks about you.

Unlike other places on the internet I could mention, you don't have to follow a set of beliefs to be here........ the only thing that would exlude anyone from here is if they came here solely to attack or cause trouble.
So you are of course very welcome here


.....but at the same time....... you shovel shit, you have to deal with it............ if people don't like you here then you have to deal with them as individuals. Apologising to the board as a whole seems pointless.
