I just watched this last night. What an amazing story, and amazing movie. If you haven't seen it, its the true story of the 1980 Olympic USA hockey team that came out of NOWHERE to not only defeat 15 yr champions Russia, but to go one to beat Norway and win the GOLD!! GO USA! GO USA!! This was back when the players were a bunch of unknown college kids who wanted to make it to the NHL, before the US started picking "dream teams" of players who already played in the NHL. I HIGHLY recommend this movie. Although, don't try to watch it and then go to sleep. Both Ron & I had an awful time getting to sleep last night and we had surmised that it may have been all the energy from the movie.

If it's true or not, but my sister, she didn't watch it with us and she fell alseep immediately and slept like a baby.

it's a MUCH MUCH MUCH better movie than cool runnings. jamican bobsled team, lord someone smoked too much dope!!
