Not really, Just because you know nothing about Canada you don't have to get defensive, or try to get witty.

And name calling becomes you.

Man...the shit that goes down when I'm not here!

I may have several posts to make but lets start here.

Devlin, I see that you have found a new favorite word: divisiveness. I think I must have seen you use it about 850 times already in this thread. Too bad you are using it to describe the WRONG party.

The Right-Wingers (i.e. Republicans, Bushites, NeoCons...you know who you are), had divided this country like no other party in decades.

Moving on to your quoted post....who exactly are "these kind of people"? The first part seems like you are making reference to gay men/women. Then it seems like you are referring to the not-quite middle class or poor of America. By the end, I am completely confused.

Bottom line: The majority of the Right-Wingers do not care about the other 90% of Americans or anyone else on the planet for that matter. THEY have divided this country. THEY have increased their wealth by exploiting those of the classes lower than them. THEY have tried to not only instill, but try to cram down the throats of those who do not agree with them, their beliefs.

at least Kerry went to nam. Did mister C go off to war for his country, the answer is of course NO.
I really love when someone mentions the fact that neither Bush nor Cheney served in Vietnam, especially when discussing Kerry, it is automatically turned into a Swift Boat Meeting.

Facts are that BOTH Bush and Cheney were cowards. No matter what you say, the truth is the truth. They went out of their way to do ANYTHING not to serve. Bush's story is a joke and a prime example of what money can buy you. Cheney was at least a bit more creative. First it was enroll in college. When that looked like it was gonna backfire and Johnson was gonna lift the studen deferment so he got married...then having a baby got him out.

No, it was the flip flopping of how the dems voted for the war before they voted against it. The media took this by storm and ran with it. That is what has divided this nation. We will see more flip flopping as 2008 nears.

And what I posted makes PERFECT sense. Hear the latest from Hilliary back earlier this month?

Hillary Clinton opened up her cloak of moderation to reveal her Socialist undergarments. And in doing so, she sounded more like Venezuelan bobble head Socialist idiot Hugo Chavez than an American Presidential candidate. At the winter meeting of the Democratic party, she called for the government, our government, right here in the good old USA, to take the profits of private oil companies. Here is her quote:

"I want to take those profits, and I want to put them into a strategic energy."

Sounds like Marxism to me..

I find it cowardess to pass a non-binding resolution, all in the name of playing politics with the war. The reason why they are not "binding" their cut and run policies is if it blows up in their face, they can still blame the current administration...

I hope this is what you voted for back in Nov. A congress with no backbone..
