cant figure it out...help!!

ok, I have tried to figure this out...my D: drive is not working and its showing that it has an unknown file system....what can I do??

no really...we are gonna get one next month but whenever something happens like this, I dont know...I cant stop working on it till I figure it out.
I have been surfing the net and trying everthing I can think of to fix it all day...grrrr

oh yeah, I have tryed that, uninstalling the driver, and I dont know if it needs to be on the primary slave or master or secondary...
