Yeah, and how can they resist a stash of heroin. I know, I know it's bad but even for medicinal purposes like when they are cutting bullets out of you it could be useful.

mr echo has a checkered past. seems its a small world and all paths lead to the island. the hobit DOES have a little collection of heroin statues, he may not be able to resist much longer as Clair gave his ass the boot!

He and Sawyer could set up a business. YOuknow give it out for free then start charging and since there's no cash they could get like rocks or shells and then set up a whore house over at the bunker. There is so much they could be doing. . .
