Yes its another message from P~A but there is a good reason.

Since being banned, she has had 3 PMs and as such had 3 e-mail notifications about them. 1 was the mass PM about the rules but as for the other two, who knows?
Could she please be removed from the 'mailing list' ? If that entails deletion from the DB, then so be it.

Oh and certain peoples attitudes in public should reflect their feelings in private, otherwise they are emtionally retarded

Maybe they didn't know she was banned. I actually thought she left voluntarily, I noticed she was not around but I thought she'd be back. I did not PM her, but maybe someone who thinks like me did.
