HJ I couldn't get it to work with copy/paste on the password.

Had to type it in manually.
Try it that way.

Right click on the link
Click Open in New window
Copy/Paste the user name (too hard to do it manually
Type in the password (it's case-sensetive).
It takes it a minute or 2 to I know more than you so shut up start loading too.

****IE you need to open a second window then click the link in the new one.

I didn't even see that.

HJ try clearing your cache and your history. Then clean out your cookies and try to open the link again after.
