no seriously tho... mushrooms don't really have a flavor until you cook them w/something. i put them in spaghetti & beef stroganoff all the time and hubby (who HATES mushrooms) doesn't even know they are there.

especially if you eat out at italian, chinese or japanese restaurants. they use the muchrooms a LOT.
