I started a diet a month ago. All I'm drinking is water (and coffee in the am). I have cut down on carbs, fat and sugar. Nothing strenuous, I still eat what I want- just less.
that's what i've been doing too, actually. i've lost 20 lbs so far (started after Alex was born). drinking water all the time, except dinner, where i have a glass of milk. (gotta take care of my bones!) and walking too.
