MUCH safer, he's not out on the street chasing down bad guys or answering domestic violence calls anymore. and on the rare occassion he has to deliver a search warrant or arrest warrant, he takes uniformed officers w/him too!

no smart ass. he's a REAL cop, he works off duty occassionally at the library to help out w/security issues. people respond better to an actual cop over a rent-a-cop

CG & V, thanks for the nice words. btw, if you guys don't know, Ron's been promoted to Detective, he works in the Fraud unit now and most of his cases are regarding identity theft.

I know LOTS of cops around here, and while MOST of them are hard-working family men.. I can say that 4 of 10 are power-hungry, stalking, jerk-offs.

that's where my friend probably got the 4 out of 5 are pigs. Dunno may be 4 out of 10. It's been quite some time since he said it.

When we say pigs we mean, power-hungry, power-abusing, stalking, jerk-offs...and general blind assholes.

I can only speak from personal experience.................. so from Doggy's personal experiences I'd give it a 9:1 asshole ratio.
