instead of using tomato paste/sauce, I'm using homegrown canned tomatoes

Maybe we could have a thread, "Plat de jour" where everyone that is intersted can post his/hers sucsessfull recipes or ask for recipes with certin ingredients they want to get rid of their frig (happens to me a lot ) ?
