Hello

Our apologies that you did not find value in the content, services and applications that Zango provides users. Zango sponsors free software including screensavers, games and content sites. As I understand that this has been a negative experience for you, I would like to be as helpful as possible. The following steps are the most common way to remove the program from your computer.

You may uninstall via the Add/Remove Programs in the Start Menu
<LI class=MsoNormal style="COLOR: navy; mso-margin-top-alt: auto; mso-margin-bottom-alt: auto; mso-list: l0 level1 lfo1">Go to Start Menu <LI class=MsoNormal style="COLOR: navy; mso-margin-top-alt: auto; mso-margin-bottom-alt: auto; mso-list: l0 level1 lfo1">Under Settings select Control Panel <LI class=MsoNormal style="COLOR: navy; mso-margin-top-alt: auto; mso-margin-bottom-alt: auto; mso-list: l0 level1 lfo1">Select Add or Remove Programs <LI class=MsoNormal style="COLOR: navy; mso-margin-top-alt: auto; mso-margin-bottom-alt: auto; mso-list: l0 level1 lfo1">Click on Zango
Select Remove and follow instructions until prompted with "You have successfully uninstalled Zango"
If this does not work then there is another method.

To uninstall please click on the following link and click open.

www.zango.com\Uninstall\ZUninstaller.exe

Many people have problems with the uninstall so let me help you get through it.

Click on the link above.

Click Run.

A box should appear that says “ZUninstaller[1] successfulâ€ÂÂÂÂÂ
