quitting smoking is the hardest thing in the world, especially when you live with a smoker. my dad smokes and it is so hard not to have a cig every time he lights up. :sad: but i love G.O.D and i will quit for him :D  ;)

I thought I had it beat, but recently started again, after being quit for two years. It is an insidious habit. I may get the patches again which is how I quit the first time. Also did it for my son cuz he really hated it.

They say if you keep trying eventually you quit. Most people take several attempts.

such mushy sentiments so close to valentines day... makes me almost wish i had someone to care about... ;)

Anywho, i smoke, probably too much. I also think its a bad habit and that i should quit. But its damned hard... Maybe next year... :cool:
