one way to avoid a hangover is to know what your limit is before you start drinking. i've been fairly lucky in my experience to not have many!

sounds like your friend needs to be careful...an experiment could turn into an addiction.

i would say that AA members probably don't do wine at communion...probably request grape juice

Some churches use non-alcoholic grape juice so I guess they can in some churches.
