Going on Vacation..

my mom's side of the family isn't really in charlotte just near there..so whenever people ask me where I'm going for vacation I just say charlotte instead of saying a town name that I have to explain where it is. -_-

that's usually what i do when people ask me where we live. it's too hard to explain where Locust is. (well, ok not really but people who don't live here don't know) so I usually say "just outside Charlotte" most people know where Charlotte is or have at least heard of it.

I witnessed a drug deal while driving while I was on vacation. These two white kids had their wallets out and this person had their trunk open. Both cars were parked near a stop sign.

yeah, that happens... one of the reasons we moved OUT of Charlotte. that and the fact that on a cops salary you can't really afford to live in a nice neighborhood. not in that county.
