Well it seems there is a whole wold of people out there dressing up as their favorite Anime charicters. Alisa Chan is one of the most popular ladies into costume play.

I prefer my cosplayers to be japanese.

That Alisa chan chick seems to be 12 in some of those pictures but 21 in the newer ones. Her face is too round for alot of the characters and some of the costumes are tacky. Quantity seems to be more of her thing.
