Monitor
Monitor
I need to buy a new monitor. (my current one i think is dying, all the type is starting to look a little fuzzy) Do any of you know where I can get a decent monitor (doesn't need to be high end or super-duper) for a pretty low price???
Yes? What do YOU want?
i know.. that wasn't really directed at you guys across the pond.
i guess my real question should have been is it better to buy a brank new monitor or a factory refurb? and is it better to buy from a store directly, from ebay or from one of these computer shows? i KNOW we have some computer geeks on here, so help me out!

Protector of the Holy Grail.
I get used ones at an auction I go to
but for new, www.zipzoomfly.com for flatscreen, or for the traditional, bestbuy or walmart
wholesale clubs like BJs, Costco, or Sam's Club

BOO
i've tried that, but i have to weed through all the dealers wanted to charge $50 + just for shipping!! there's a computer show coming here soon, so i think we're gonna try there first. we don't want anything fancy. just a little bigger (17 or 19") doesn't even have to be one of those new flat monitors.
