It was pretty good.. the only thing is I cooked the pasta prior to adding it.. so the noodles were too tender and kindly fell apart, but other than that, it was pretty yummy. I added a little bit of minced garlic to give it a little more 'oomph', too. Overall, it was pretty good.. I didn't realize that it would make enough to feed a small army, though :tehe:

I had cereal last night. Trent went back home to Johnson City yesterday, so tehre was no need for me to cook anything.. :|

breakfast hash tonight:

cook hashbrowns, add in maple sausage and seasonings, cook until potatoes are golden brown & sausage is done and crumbly. add eggs (already beaten & with a little dash of milk) and cheese... mix & cook until eggs are done. YUMM!

its quite yummy and filling... i put a little ketchup on mine sometimes when i eat it... kind of like the breakfast bowl at Bob Evans, minus the gravy

its really easy to make and i prefer to make it myself anyway, because then i can make the potatoes as crisp as i like them (storm perfers them crispy, not mushy)
